Yes, your entry ticket includes all workshops, lectures, cooking demos, and full access to the exhibit hall. The only additional costs are for spa treatments, psychic/tarot card readers, food, and anything purchased in the exhibit hall.
Come comfortable dressed as there will be the opportunity to do Yoga and other active workshops. The workshop area is in a covered outdoor area, so it may be a little cool depending on the weather. There are also change rooms available if needed.
The workshop area is for participants only. We ask that you just practice to the best of your ability and within your health and fitness limits. The workshop area is in a separately/privately dedicated area where participants can practice in a relaxed and comfortable setting. There will be thousands of people attending the expo and the workshop area is large enough to accommodate only up to 100 people wanting to participate and join in.
Most workshops are geared for Beginner to Intermediate in each practice unless stated otherwise. All workshops are open to everyone as our goal is to create an atmosphere full of new experiences and to enhance your current practice.
No, all workshops and lectures are first come first serve. We do recommend you arriving 10min early as there is limited space for each.
No, the doors will be closed 10 minutes after start of lecture/workshop and late attendees will not be permitted out of consideration for teacher and other attendees.
Yes, there are change facilities and showers but there are no towels or lockers provided. Everyone will be responsible for their own belongings.
There is not an ATM available at the Expo. Credit Cards will be accepted for ticket entrance however some vendors may only take cash.
There are no pass out available however if there are extraordinary circumstances please speak with a Vikasa Representative on site.
Children under the age of 10 are for free but can only attend workshops and lectures if space permits (unless Kids related sessions). Out of respect for other attendees it is advised that children/adult of any age will be asked to leave if disturbing lecture or workshop.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to attend expo
There will be a limited amount of mats to rent at a small fee but you are welcome to bring your own.
Yes, there will be one release form that will cover you to participate in all workshops.
Yes, tickets can be pre-purchased for a discounted price on the Vikasa Expo website. You will receive an email confirmation and printable ticket. You must bring your ticket confirmation to the Expo. (Please make sure to check you Junk mail for confirmation and ticket).
Multi day tickets are available for purchase online at a discounted rate. We will also offer you a discounted rate on site if you decide to return another day. Please see a Vikasa Expo Representative at the Registration Desk.
No, the Psychic and Taro Card readers can all be booked onsite at Readers Row. There will be sign-up sheets for all available slots.
Opening hours are Saturday 10am – 6pm. Sunday 10am – 5pm.
Yes, there is a café on site where you can purchase healthy snacks and food & beverage at the Expo. Alcohol will not be served.
